A Letter to Our Clients: Today's Launch & Flo Rebrand

Dear Clients and Friends,

Today we’re excited to share an important milestone for our company: the launch of Flo Performance Management and our evolution from Flo Recruit to simply Flo.

Many of you have been part of this journey from the beginning. Over the past year, we’ve worked closely with talent leaders and teams who helped shape what this product needed to be. Your commitment to innovation and willingness to build alongside us made this launch possible.

The legal industry is entering a new era. AI pressures and opportunities, shifting law student recruiting timelines, and evolving needs in attorney development are reshaping how firms think about talent. One thing has become increasingly clear: recruiting is only the beginning. Firms need better ways to support attorneys as they grow, receive feedback, and advance in their careers.

Flo Performance Management is our step toward supporting that broader mission. The platform helps firms run review cycles, manage promotion processes, and bring together insights from across their systems, while giving attorneys clearer feedback and a more transparent path for growth and development.
