Learn more about how she created an innovative Preview Program below.  #### The Client Vision Liz Granlund, Employer Relations and Recruitment Programs Manager at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, brings creativity and an open mind to Flo Recruit's client community. Traditionally, Pre-Select systems allow law schools to collect documents from students and share them with employers for interview selection. However, Liz worked closely with Flo Recruit to reimagine this process with the innovative “Preview Program.”  The Preview Program structure not only allows law schools to host a Document Collect, but also enables them to track employer interview invitations and students’ responses to these invitations. ![Berkeley quote](https://insights.joinflo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Berkeley%20quote.jpg?width=752&height=507&name=Berkeley%20quote.jpg) #### The Impact of Ideas By adding this additional feature, the Preview Program gives schools deeper insights into the recruiting process, providing a more comprehensive view of both employer activity and student engagement. Liz also played an essential role in creating Help Articles to guide schools in implementing this innovative feature smoothly. #### Further Contributions The client contributions didn’t stop with Pre-Select structures. Liz also provided critical feedback and ideas for the development of Flo Recruit’s Lottery program—a system designed for schools that use a randomized selection process to allocate interview slots. From the beginning, Liz’s input on design and functionality helped ensure the system met the specific needs of law schools. Her hands-on involvement in testing the Lottery system during development also helped refine its performance and usability. #### A Grateful Collaboration Through her work with Flo Recruit, Liz has played an essential role in enhancing both our Pre-Select and Lottery systems. Her commitment to improving transparency, efficiency, and outcomes in the recruiting process has made a meaningful difference in how law schools and employers engage with each other.
