# Add Interviews Directly to Your Calendar from the Zoom Schedule Page

One thing our clients consistently value about Flo is how quickly we improve the recruiting workflow based on how teams work. Our latest update to Flo Applicant Tracking and Flo Pipeline Building makes interview scheduling through Zoom a little easier.
## **The challenge**
Once a final interview schedule was confirmed, getting each event onto the right calendar could still require an extra manual step.
The schedule email had all the right information, but candidates and interviewers still had to recreate those events on their own calendars.
## **What we launched**
The Zoom schedule page now includes an add-to-calendar option.
When someone clicks “View Schedule / Add to Calendar” in the final schedule email, they’re taken to a page with the full interview schedule and can add each event directly to the calendar of their choice.
They can choose where each event goes, whether they use Google Calendar, Outlook, or another calendar app.
## **Why it matters**
Interview schedules often involve candidates, recruiting teams, associates, partners, and hiring leads across multiple practice groups. Manually recreating calendar events adds another step and creates more room for missed details or scheduling errors.
Now, once a schedule is confirmed, each participant can add the relevant events to their calendar directly from the schedule page.
For recruiting coordinators managing a high volume of interviews, that means less manual work and a more consistent experience for everyone involved.
This update came directly from feedback about the smaller steps that can slow down recruiting coordination day to day. Keep sharing where the process could be easier, and we’ll keep improving it.
