# Admins Can Now Edit and Submit Work Allocation Feedback on Behalf of Attorneys

Flo has been building out Flo Work Allocation steadily, and this update reflects something we've been working through directly with clients: the practical realities of how attorney feedback actually gets collected during a summer program. The result is a more flexible workflow that matches how firms actually operate.
## **The challenge**
Firms have their own standards for how feedback should be written, and the process of collecting it from busy attorneys can be unpredictable. We heard from our clients that two situations come up regularly: an attorney submits feedback that needs to be corrected before it's shared more broadly, and an attorney prefers to give their feedback verbally or directly to the admin rather than completing the form themselves. Admins need to be able to assist with these situations.
## **What we launched**
Now, admins can edit feedback that an attorney has already submitted, and enter feedback on an attorney's behalf when none has been provided yet. Both options are available for project feedback and program feedback.
From the summer associate slide out, the evaluation section now shows one of two options depending on the state of the feedback:
- **Add Attorney Feedback** appears when no feedback has been submitted yet.
- **Edit Feedback** appears when feedback has already been entered.
Selecting either option opens the same evaluation form the attorney sees. Admins can fill in answers, modify existing responses, or clear individual answers as needed. Required questions can be left blank, giving admins full flexibility to record only what's appropriate.
## **Why it matters**
Firms take their feedback standards seriously, and a piece of feedback that uses inappropriate language or reflects potential bias should not reach the summer associate or be stored without correction. Admins can now address that before the evaluation is shared, without having to ask the attorney to resubmit.
On the collection side, some attorneys find it easier to talk through their impressions with the admin directly rather than navigating a form. Admins can now capture and store that input on the attorney's behalf, keeping the record complete without adding friction for the attorney.
