Admins Can Now Remove Assigned Reviewers in Flo Performance Management
Flo keeps the updates coming, and this one is a practical win for Professional Development and HR teams managing review cycles. Admins can now remove reviewers assigned to a reviewee directly inside Flo Performance Management, with a confirmation step that makes the change transparent and a safeguard that keeps submitted work intact.
The challenge
Once a reviewer was assigned to a reviewee in Flo Performance Management, there was no way to remove that assignment. If a reviewer needed to change mid-cycle, maybe the reviewer changed offices or roles or even firms, admins needed flexibility to make changes to evaluation assignments. For teams managing review processes across a large group of attorneys or business professionals, this is essential.
What we launched
Admins can now remove any reviewer assigned to a reviewee in Flo Performance Management. Before the removal takes effect, a confirmation step summarizes exactly which reviewers are being removed for each reviewee, so there is no ambiguity about what is changing and for whom.

One important detail: if a removed reviewer had already submitted an evaluation, that form remains visible to admins. The work is preserved and accessible, even after the reviewer is removed from the assignment.
Why it matters
Review cycles in practice rarely go exactly as planned. Attorneys change roles, conflicts arise, or an assignment simply needs to be corrected. With this update, admins have the flexibility to respond to those situations without being locked into an assignment that no longer fits.
The confirmation summary keeps the process deliberate. Admins can see the full scope of a change before committing to it, which matters when a single action might affect multiple reviewees at once. And because submitted evaluations stay visible to admins, teams can adjust assignments without worrying about losing work that has already been done.
This is also just the beginning. A corresponding Manage Consensus Reviewees workflow is in progress and will build on the same foundation.
This update reflects exactly the kind of feedback that shapes Flo Performance Management: practical, workflow-level control that makes review cycles easier to manage in the real world. If there are other points in the process where you want more flexibility, tell us what you'd like to see next.
