Easier Attendee Management for Your Firm’s Outreach Events

Our latest update to Event Management started as a visual refresh. While that work was underway, client feedback helped us take it further, with improvements to attendee management, feedback reminders, and event visibility.

The challenge

Clients told us that managing attendees across in-person events and webinars took more manual work than it should. The attendee table showed who was on the list, but sending feedback reminders, removing people in bulk, or checking whether someone had responded required extra steps.

Teams also wanted to see whether an event was visible to attorneys and law students in Flo Forward without leaving the event details page.

What we launched

In-person outreach events and webinars now use Flo’s updated event management experience, with more actions and information available directly in the attendee table.

Recruiting teams can now:

  • Remove candidates or members in bulk, instead of one at a time.
  • Send manual feedback reminders directly from the table.
  • See who has left feedback, when a candidate registered, and which law school they attend.

We also fixed soft delete for these event types. Members who have been removed no longer appear as candidates to invite to future outreach events.

Why it matters

Managing an event involves plenty of small, repeated tasks. These updates make several of them easier. Teams can check feedback status, send reminders, and remove attendees from the same table, with fewer steps each time.

The soft delete fix helps keep future invite lists clean and reduces the risk of contacting someone who was intentionally removed. Having the Flo Forward publication status on the details page also makes it easier to confirm whether an event is visible to the attorneys and students teams want to reach.
