# Evaluation Request and Submission Dates Are Now Visible in the Flo Work Allocation Slide Out

Good visibility into the status of evaluations is something our clients have been clear about wanting, and Flo's pace of continuous improvement means we can keep closing those gaps. This update to Flo Work Allocation brings a specific piece of information closer to where admins are already working.
## **The challenge**
Career services and talent teams running summer programs need to know where each evaluation stands, especially when following up on outstanding ones. Before this update, the only way to see when an evaluation was requested or when it was submitted was to run an evaluation export. That meant leaving the slide out, pulling a report, and cross-referencing separately.
## **What we launched**
The evaluation section of the summer associate slide out now displays the date each project or program evaluation was requested and the date it was submitted, right alongside the evaluation itself. No export required.
## **Why it matters**
When an admin is reviewing a summer associate's evaluations, knowing whether an outstanding evaluation was requested two days ago or two weeks ago changes how they prioritize follow-up. Having that context visible in the slide out, without switching to a separate report, makes those judgment calls faster and more informed.
For evaluations that have been submitted, the timestamp also creates a cleaner audit trail, all in the same place where the content of the evaluation lives.
