"Is Between" Date Filter on the Job Details Page

Flo keeps moving, and this one came straight from what our clients were running into day to day. The team turned it around fast, and it is live now in Flo Applicant Tracking.

The challenge

We heard from our clients that filtering by date range on the Job Details page required stacking multiple filters together. That approach worked, but it occasionally produced unexpected results, which meant recruiting teams had to double-check their output or redo the filter setup.

What we launched

The Job Details page in Flo Applicant Tracking now includes an "is between" filter option for all date-related fields. Instead of combining separate filters to define a start and end date, you can set the range in a single step.

Why it matters

For recruiting teams reviewing applicant activity, tracking deadlines, or pulling reports across a specific window of time, this makes the filter experience more predictable. One control, one range, one result set. Less second-guessing, more confidence in what you are looking at.
