Persistent Column Preferences on the Jobs Page

Flo ships updates faster than most teams get around to requesting them, and this one is a good example. Column preferences on the Jobs page now persist between sessions, so the table you configure today is the one you see tomorrow.

The challenge

Recruiting teams often adjust the Jobs list to surface the columns most relevant to how they work, adding or removing fields and reordering the table to match their priorities. Before this update, those adjustments reset whenever a user left the page, requiring the same configuration work to be repeated each session.

What we launched

Column order changes and column visibility preferences on the Jobs list table now save automatically and persist when a user navigates away and returns. There is no additional step required; Flo remembers your configuration and restores it the next time you open the page.

Why it matters

For recruiting teams who have a preferred view of the Jobs list, this removes a small but recurring interruption from the daily workflow. The table now works the way people actually want to use it, consistent and ready without any setup on each visit.

Small quality-of-life improvements like this one add up. If there are other preferences or views in Flo you'd like to see saved automatically, let us know what's on your list.
