Flo moves at a pace that keeps our clients ahead of their work, and this update is a good example of how quickly a real request turns into a real product improvement. Recruiting teams told us they needed a better way to work with candidate profile data inside the job details page, and we got to work.
We heard from recruiting teams that the job details page was not surfacing the full picture of a candidate. Job Internal Fields were already available there, but Profile Internal Fields were not, which meant teams sometimes had to move between views to get the information they needed when reviewing applicants for a role.
Profile Internal Fields are now available as columns on the Job Details page. Admins can pull these fields into the table and filter on them, alongside the Job Internal Fields that were already there.
A few things worth knowing about how this works:
Recruiting teams often capture rich, structured data about attorneys and other candidates at the profile level. Being able to bring that data into the job details view means your team can filter, compare, and make decisions without toggling between pages. The labeling convention (Job vs. Profile) keeps the distinction clear, so there is no guesswork about which fields reflect the candidate broadly and which reflect a specific application.
For teams managing high volumes of lateral or experienced attorney candidates, this is a meaningful addition to how the job details page works as a decision-making surface.
This one came directly from client feedback, and we are glad it is out quickly. If there are other fields or views where you are finding yourself working around missing data, let us know. What we build next is shaped by what you tell us.
