# Qualifying Question Answers Now Available in Event Reporting

Some of the most useful product updates come directly from what our clients are asking for in the middle of their work.
This one came together during a busy recruiting season, so teams can start putting it to use right away.
## **The challenge**
We heard from clients that qualifying question responses were not showing up where they were most useful.
Admins could collect structured answers from candidates during registration, but those responses were not available as filters in event reporting. That made it harder to quickly narrow down a candidate list based on the information candidates had already provided.
## **What we launched**
Qualifying question answers are now included in the candidate view within event reporting.
Admins can filter and run reports based on the specific answers candidates submitted, making it easier to put that registration data to work inside Flo.
## **Why it matters**
For recruiting teams managing high-volume events, this makes it much easier to segment candidates without exporting data and sorting it manually.
For example, if a qualifying question asks about practice area interest, graduation year, or bar admission status, those responses can now be used directly in reporting and follow-up.
It is a simple change, but one that helps teams get more value from the information they are already collecting.
