Flo moves quickly, and nowhere is that more visible than in how fast client feedback turns into real product updates. Just in time for event season, we’ve expanded the Event Registration View within Flo Reporting to give recruiting teams more event and candidate engagement information in their reports.
Recruiting teams rely on event data to understand candidate engagement and guide their follow-up. But registration information alone does not provide the full picture.
Previously, the Event Registration View did not include details such as who organized an event, which members were invited, the event description, or the total number of events each candidate had attended. Registration status filters also required users to enter values manually, making reports harder to build consistently.
Recruiting teams can now add more event data to the Event Registration View and use new filtering options:
These enhancements give recruiting teams a more complete view of their events and candidate engagement without requiring them to pull information from multiple places.
With total event attendance available, teams can quickly identify candidates engaging with the firm across multiple touchpoints. Invited member data provides greater visibility into event reach, while organizer and description details add useful context to every report.
The new Registration Status dropdown also makes filtering faster and more consistent across users and reports. Together, these updates help teams build more useful reports and act on their event data with greater confidence.
These enhancements are live now, just in time for the start of event season.
