# Zoom Meeting Details, Available Well Before Interview Day

One thing we take pride in at Flo is listening to recruiting teams and making improvements based on how they work. Our latest update to Zoom call information is a good example, giving teams earlier access to the details they need to prepare for interview days.
## **The challenge**
Previously, Zoom meeting details for virtual interview slots weren't generated until two hours before the interview. For recruiting teams coordinating conference room setups, communicating logistics to attorneys, and managing busy interview days, that didn't leave much time to prepare.
## **What we launched**
Zoom meetings are now automatically created in advance for virtual interviews scheduled within the next 60 days. The meeting ID and passcode are available in the Live Dashboard's call-info popover well before the interview date.
When a new interview is booked within that 60-day window, the meeting is typically generated within five minutes. The popover also shows the current status of the meeting information:
- **Ready:** Meeting ID and passcode, with one-click copy buttons
- **More than 60 days out:** "Call information will be ready 60 days before the interview."
- **Inside the window, not yet generated:** "Call information is being generated."
- **Generating right now:** "Call information is being prepared. Check back in a minute."
For interviews outside the 60-day window, or when details are needed immediately, admins can use the new "Request meeting information" button to generate the meeting on demand. If something goes wrong, the popover displays a clear message and prompts the admin to try again.
## **Why it matters**
With Zoom details available earlier, recruiting teams have more time to confirm conference room setups, share call information with attorneys, and address logistics questions before interview day.
The on-demand request button also gives admins more flexibility when coordinating complex schedules or managing interviews outside the automatic 60-day window.
It's a relatively small change, but one that makes interview coordination easier. As always, we welcome feedback on how we can continue improving the recruiting experience in Flo.
