Consensus Reviewers Can Now Print Their Own Review Packets

Flo moves fast, and that pace is driven by the real workflows our clients bring to us. The latest update to Flo Performance Management reflects exactly that: a targeted improvement to how Consensus Reviewers access and prepare with review materials, built around how review meetings actually work in practice.

The challenge

We heard from our clients that Consensus Reviewers often needed printed review packets for meeting prep, for in-room handoffs to reviewees, or simply as another way to work through feedback data while completing consensus forms. The only path to getting those packets, though, ran through an admin. Every request added a step for both sides, and timing it around a meeting added pressure to an already busy process.

What we launched

Admins can now set up a packet template specifically for Consensus Reviewers. Once configured, Consensus Reviewers can download their packets directly, without submitting a request or waiting on anyone else.

The template gives Consensus Reviewers a consistent, formatted view of the feedback data they need, whether they are printing ahead of a consensus meeting, preparing materials to hand off to the reviewee, or just working through the data in a format that suits them.

Why it matters

For Professional Development and HR teams, this reduces a category of routine admin requests without requiring any change to how review meetings are structured. Admins stay in control of the what is viewable and printable in each template; Consensus Reviewers gain autonomy over timing and format. 

For Consensus Reviewers, having direct access to their packets means they can prepare on their own schedule. That kind of flexibility matters when review cycles are running across many attorneys at once and meeting windows are tight.
