One thing that sets Flo apart is how steadily and quickly the platform advances, with meaningful improvements landing on a near-continuous basis. This one is a small change with a big quality-of-life payoff for Professional Development and HR teams who run performance reviews.
The User Profile in Flo Performance Management is designed to hold a complete picture of each person at the firm: employment details, documents, notes, custom fields, and evaluation history. Usually, when evaluations were exported into PDFs, they had to be downloaded from the review cycle and uploaded again by hand, one person at a time, before they showed up on a profile. In practice, that step often didn't happen, which left the most substantive part of someone's record off their profile.
When an admin exports evaluation PDFs from a review cycle, Flo now automatically adds a copy to the Documents widget on each reviewee's User Profile. There is nothing to configure. Export as you normally would, and the filing happens in the background.
Each document is tagged clearly so it's easy to find later.
When an admin exports a multi-person packet, each person in the export gets only their own evaluations filed to their profile, not the full packet. Auto-filed documents can be opened, downloaded, renamed, re-tagged, or deleted the same way any uploaded document can.
A few details worth knowing:
Cycle over cycle, each User Profile now builds a running history of a person's reviews without any extra effort. When an admin is preparing for a promotion discussion or a development check-in, everything is already in one place. There's no need to search through old export folders or shared drives to piece together what was reviewed and when.
The User Profile was always meant to tell someone's whole story at the firm. Evaluations are the most substantive chapter of that story, and they now file themselves there automatically.
This kind of incremental improvement is exactly what Flo's pace of development makes possible. If there are other moments in your review workflow where something useful isn't ending up where it should, let us know. That's the kind of specific feedback that turns into the next update.
