Feedback Comments Are Now Available in Reporting and Flo AI

Recruiting decisions depend on more than evaluation scores. The written feedback behind those scores often provides the most valuable context. With this latest update, teams can now include evaluation comments in reports across Flo Applicant Tracking and Flo Pipeline Building.

The challenge

Evaluation scores only tell part of the story. Written comments often provide important context about a candidate's strengths, concerns, and overall fit. Previously, those comments were only accessible within individual evaluations, requiring teams to open records one by one to review feedback or identify patterns.

What we launched

Evaluation comments are now available as a reportable field in Flo Applicant Tracking and Flo Pipeline Building.

Admins can include written feedback directly in reports using the Interview Evaluation and Event Evaluation views within the Reporting tool.

Comments are also accessible through Flo AI, allowing teams to ask questions about written feedback in plain language and analyze it alongside evaluation scores.

Why it matters

Recruiting teams can now analyze both quantitative scores and qualitative feedback in one place, making it easier to:

• Get a more complete picture of candidates by reviewing scores alongside comments from multiple interviewers.
• Identify trends across evaluations by comparing written feedback across candidates, practice groups, or recruiting cycles.
• Save time reviewing feedback by accessing comments in reports instead of opening individual evaluations.

With Flo AI, teams can also ask questions about evaluation feedback directly, making it easier to surface insights without building a custom report.
