Feedback Emails Now Show Your Firm's Name as the Sender

Flo moves quickly, and sometimes the smaller updates make a big difference in the day-to-day experience.

One of the latest improvements to Flo Pipeline Building changes how feedback emails appear to recipients.

The challenge

Previously, when a recruiter sent a feedback email from the Members table in an Outreach Event, the message could arrive without a recognizable sender name.

For attorneys receiving the email, that made it harder to immediately tell who the message was coming from.

What we launched

Feedback emails sent through the Members table in Flo Pipeline Building now display your firm's name in the sender field as "{Firm Name} via Flo."

That means recipients can quickly recognize who the email is from before they even open it.

Why it matters

Feedback emails are an important part of keeping outreach events moving. Making your firm's name clear from the start helps these messages feel more familiar and easier to recognize in a busy inbox.

It is a small update, but one that improves the experience across every feedback email your team sends.

We will keep refining these workflows based on what we hear from customers. If something in your outreach process could work better, we want to know.
