The challenge

The goal was simple: ask a question, get an answer, without switching context.

What we launched

Flo Work Allocation data is now connected to Flo AI. Admins can ask natural-language questions about their summer programs and get answers grounded in real work allocation data. Whether you want to understand how assignments are distributed, spot patterns across practice groups, or check on a specific associate's workload, Flo AI can now pull from that data directly.

Why it matters

Summer programs move fast. Having to run separate reports or manually cross-reference data costs time that recruiting and talent teams do not always have during the program itself. With work allocation data now available inside Flo AI, admins can get to answers in the flow of their work rather than stepping outside it.
