Law Firms on Free & Pipeline Building Packages Get Upgraded Candidate List Page

Finding and filtering candidates should not depend on which package you are on. Flo has been systematically upgrading every corner of its platform, and this release is a good example of why the team has earned a reputation as the fastest shipping company in the legal talent industry: a meaningful improvement, shipped cleanly, with no disruption to the clients already using it.

The problem

Until now, employers who were not using the applicant tracking features of the platform had reduced candidate searching capabilities. The previous experience was missing filter and export options, and this created friction during something as routine as reviewing a candidate pool.

What we shipped

All employer clients are now on the same candidate list page. The updated page brings new filtering and export tools that were previously only available to clients using applicant tracking features.

Filters and exports tied to job-related workflows are also visible on the page, even for clients who are not currently using those features. This is intentional: if something useful is available at a higher package level, you should be able to see it and know it exists, rather than discover it by accident later.

Why it matters

The practical effect is straightforward. If you are reviewing candidates and want to filter the list or pull an export, those tools are now there regardless of how your account is configured. You no longer have to work around a less capable page or wonder whether a feature exists somewhere else in the platform.

This is one of the last older pages getting replaced, and the platform is more consistent for it. If something else feels like it belongs to a different era or is slowing your team down, keep telling us. That is exactly how this ends up on the roadmap.

If you're a Flo client and want to dig in, or you're new to Flo and curious how it works, book a demo and we'll walk you through it.
