Flo moves quickly to turn recruiting team feedback into product improvements, and this update is a good example. Teams asked for a more complete way to track attendance at outreach events, so we expanded check-in in Flo Pipeline Building to include both candidates and firm members.
Until now, event check-in in Flo Pipeline Building only tracked candidate attendance. Attorneys and admins from the firm could be invited and registered for an event, but there was no way to mark whether they actually attended.
That meant teams often had to track firm member attendance separately, making it harder to get a complete view of who showed up.
The check-in page now supports two rosters: one for candidates and one for firm members, including attorneys and admins.
Each roster has its own setting on the event form, so teams can enable candidate check-in, member check-in, both, or neither depending on the event.
When both are enabled, the check-in page includes separate Candidates and Members tabs. Switching between them keeps each roster’s search, sort, and other selections in place.
The Members tab includes the same core controls available for candidates:
We also added a Check-in Status column to the Members table on the event details page.
That makes it easier to use attendance after the event, too. For example, teams can filter to attorneys who checked in, select that group, and send them a follow-up or feedback email without manually comparing attendance lists.
Existing events will carry over automatically. Their current check-in setting will become the candidate check-in setting, while member check-in will remain off unless a team chooses to enable it.
Recruiting teams can now manage candidate and firm member attendance from the same place instead of keeping a separate headcount for attorneys and admins.
It also gives teams a clearer record of who actually attended each event and makes follow-up easier. Rather than sending feedback requests to everyone who was invited, teams can quickly target the people who were actually there.
This update came directly from feedback from recruiting teams looking for a more complete view of event attendance. If there are other parts of the event workflow you’d like to see improved, let us know.
