Past Review Cycles Now Live in Their Own Tab in Flo Performance Management

Flo is constantly refining the day-to-day experience of working inside our products, and the improvements that add up fastest are often the ones that reduce low-level clutter in pages your team visits regularly. The latest update to Flo Performance Management is a good example of that thinking in action.

The challenge

We heard from our clients that the main review cycles page was accumulating older cycles over time, making it harder to quickly orient to what is active or recent. When teams return to that page during a live cycle, they want their focus to land on what is current, not on history stretching back through multiple prior periods.

What we launched

Flo Performance Management now automatically moves any review cycle older than 60 days into a dedicated Past Review Cycles tab. The main review cycles page stays focused on active and recent cycles, while past cycles remain fully accessible one click away.

No configuration is needed. The separation happens automatically based on cycle age, so teams benefit from the cleaner layout without having to manage it themselves.

Why it matters

For Professional Development and HR teams running multiple cycles across a year, the review cycles page is a page they return to often. Keeping it focused on what is current means less scrolling and faster orientation, particularly during the busiest stretches of a review period.

Past cycles are still there when you need them for reference or comparison. The update just moves them out of the default view so they do not compete for attention with what is live.

Small organizational changes like this one tend to compound over time, especially in tools your team opens every day. As always, keep the feedback coming. Your input is what shapes where we focus next.
