Early recruiting questions help teams learn about candidates, from practice area interests and preferred office locations to class year and more. But using those answers in reporting took extra work. Teams couldn’t add them to the candidate table, filter by them, or include them in an export alongside other candidate information.

Your team asks these questions for a reason. Now, you can use the answers to narrow a candidate list without exporting it and sorting through it manually.
For example, you can filter for lateral candidates interested in a specific practice group or candidates who prefer a particular office, then export that list for outreach or a pipeline review.
