Flo moves quickly to deliver updates that make day-to-day recruiting easier. During a busy interview day, recruiting teams need quick access to the details that keep things moving. Zoom call information is now available directly on the Live Dashboard in Flo Applicant Tracking and Flo Pipeline Building, bringing call details into the same view teams use to monitor recruiting activity.

The challenge

During live recruiting events and interview days, coordinators and admins juggle a lot at once. Navigating away from the Live Dashboard to find Zoom call links added an extra step when teams needed to move quickly.

 

What we launched

Zoom call details now appear on the Live Dashboard in Flo Applicant Tracking and Flo Pipeline Building. Admins and coordinators can access that information alongside the recruiting activity they’re already monitoring, without switching screens.image-20260922-135529
