Zoom Is Now Built into Flo Interviews and Events

Flo moves quickly, and this update is a good example of what that looks like in practice. Native Zoom integration is now live across Flo interview solutions and our full suite of event types, giving law firms, law schools, and candidates the familiar, industry-standard experience they already know, while preserving everything they already love about interviewing in Flo.

The challenge

Interviews are high-stakes moments. Participants shouldn’t have to learn a new video platform while preparing for an important conversation.

We wanted to pair Flo’s integrated interview experience with the video platform users already know and trust, making it even easier to stay focused on the interview, not the technology.

What we launched

Flo now includes native Zoom integration across interviews and recruiting events. Users continue to enjoy the same integrated interview experience, now powered by Zoom:

• Join interviews using the Zoom experience they’re already familiar with
• Easily access resumes and supporting documents during the interview
• View interview schedules and see upcoming interviews without leaving the platform
• Keep meeting links, schedules, and recruiting materials together in one place

Why it matters

For career services teams, this means students arrive at their interviews and events with everything they need visible in one place. There's no separate link to hunt for and no materials to locate in a different tab. The same holds for the attorneys and hiring professionals on the other side of the call.

For recruiting teams at law firms, the integration means video is part of the same system you're already using to manage schedules, communicate with candidates, and track progress. Adding video no longer means stepping outside the platform.

The scope of this integration grew considerably during development, expanding from interviews alone to cover all major event types. That broader reach means more of the recruiting calendar benefits from the connected experience, not just a narrow slice of it.

This was one of the more complex projects the team has taken on, touching nearly every layer of the platform, and we're proud of how it came together.
