Clone Evaluation Forms in Flo Performance Management
Building evaluation forms is detailed work, and doing it twice when you do not have to is the kind of friction that quietly costs hours. Flo saw Professional Development and HR teams repeat the same manual work cycle after cycle. So we fixed it.
The problem
Most firms run more than one type of evaluation, and those evaluations are rarely completely different from each other. A mid-year form and a year-end form might share 80 or 90 percent of their questions. A form for associates and a form for counsel might be nearly identical, with a handful of adjustments.
Before this update, there was no way to take an existing form and use it as a starting point. Every new form meant starting from a blank slate, rebuilding the same sections, re-entering the same questions, and re-configuring the same settings.
The solution
Admins can now clone any existing evaluation form directly within Flo Performance Management. The cloned form is a fully independent copy: it comes pre-loaded with all of the original form's structure, sections, and questions, and is ready to edit without affecting the original in any way.
Once cloned, the copy behaves like any other form you have built from scratch. Any edits you make to it have no effect on the original form, and no effect on any active review cycles already using that original.

Why it matters
