CSV Exports for Reviewer and Reviewee Tables
- 2 mins
Pull evaluation submission data out of the system and into a spreadsheet in two clicks.
Performance data is only as useful as your ability to work with it, and working with it often means getting it out of the platform and into a format your team can slice, filter, and share. Flo is the fastest shipping company in the legal talent industry, and CSV export for evaluation tables is a direct response to what we have been hearing from teams who need to report on review cycle progress without living inside the admin interface.
The problem
Admins managing large review cycles needed a way to share and analyze evaluation submission data outside the platform. Checking completion status row by row inside the system is fine for small groups, but for firms running cycles across dozens or hundreds of people, there was no clean way to pull the full picture into a format that could be shared with stakeholders who do not have direct system access.
What we shipped
Admins can now export evaluation submission data to CSV directly from the review cycle detail page. The export is available from both the Reviewees table and the Reviewers table. To use it: select one or more rows from either table, open the Actions dropdown, and choose Export Table (.csv). The file downloads immediately.
Each row in the export represents one evaluation submission, or one evaluation request if the submission has not yet been started. The columns cover:
- Reviewee and reviewer details: name, email, department, title, and effective class year
- Stage type and stage name
- Form name
- Stage close date
- Submission status
- Date submitted

Why it matters
This gives admins a practical, fast way to report on cycle progress, share completion data with firm leadership, and audit which evaluations are pending or overdue, all without needing to work through the admin interface row by row. The export format is flexible enough to drop directly into a spreadsheet or share with anyone who needs visibility into the cycle without system access. For firms with multi-stage cycles and large reviewer pools, this is the difference between a manual check-in process and one that takes two clicks.
